Our Return Policy
It is our goal to provide you with the best quality costumes at the best price available. To keep our prices affordable, we have a limited return policy.
- Unless otherwise indicated below, all sales are final.
- If we make a mistake, we fix it right away! If we ship you a product which is flawed or isn't the item you ordered, please contact us so we can correct the problem. We will reimburse return shipping fees when the problem is our fault.
- All claims for damages should be filed with the carrier who moved your shipment. We do not claim responsibility for loss of, damage to, or lateness of shipments. We will be happy to assist you in filing the claim by providing the necessary information.
- If you ordered the wrong size of a product, we will make all efforts to assist you in replacing it with the proper size. Contact us for assistance before returning the item(s). If the item you need is not available in the size you need, a store credit will be issued for future purchases.
- In all of the above instances, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your product. We will not authorize or accept any returns beyond this time.
- Items returned without authorization are not accepted and are refused as "Return to Sender".
- Items which are returned must be in new and saleable condition. Cigarette smoke damage, perfumes, any wear and tear, or other damage or use of any kind will result in these items being ineligible for credit. We will return such items to the customer at the customer's expense or, at the customer's request, discard the item(s). No credit can be issued on items deemed unsaleable.
- We apply this policy equally to all customers; we do not make exceptions. To do so would be unfair to others.
