What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express online through our secure ordering system. You may also choose to pay via money order or personal check by placing an order with us via the mail.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes. We support up to 128 bit encryption. Using your credit card on our website is as safe as using it in person at a department store, or calling it in over the phone.
I'm really not sure about using my credit card online. Can I speak to someone on the phone to place an order?
Yes. While you may place on order online 24 hours a day, we are only available for phone consultations, Monday through Friday from 9am until 4pm EST. We are closed all major holidays. To speak with a representative, please fill out our "Contact Us" page and someone will contact you on the same or next business day.
I e-mailed you on Friday night and it is now Sunday afternoon and I have not received a response. Why are you not answering me?
We do not staff the office except during our regular office hours: Monday through Friday from 9am until 4pm EST. We are closed all major holidays. E-mails from the weekend are answered as quickly as possible, in the order in which they were received, once our staff returns to the office on Monday morning.
Do you offer discounts to churches and non-profit groups?
Due to the nature of our business, almost our entire customer base fits into this category and therefore are unable to fairly offer discounts. We do, however, donate a full 10% of our revenue to domestic and foreign missions.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on what you order. All items in our online catalog have an availability status which gives an estimate of how long it will take that particular item to be dispatched.
Unless you designate otherwise, we will ship your order when it is complete. This means that the item you order with the longest wait time will dictate how long it will be until your order is dispatched. Allow 5-7 days for ground shipment once your order is dispatched.
